
Kevin Spigener – President

Kevin Spigener is the National Account Executive for American Media , Inc. In addition to his role with the industry, Kevin served as Vice President and Executive Board Member of R&R Marketing Services, Inc. from 2001-2004. He is a 2007 Honors graduate of Mercer University and holds dual degrees in Information Systems and Communications. Other recognitions and memberships include Mercer University’s 2007 Outstanding Student of The Year in Information Systems, The Mercer Alumni Association, The National Scholars Honor Society, The North American Mission Board, and The International Mission Board. Kevin has assisted many nonprofits and organizations in implementing programs and services including EAV’s Annual Tire Round-Up, Burgess-Peterson’s Tutor Program, Project Open Hand, Aid Atlanta, and Pets are Loving Support.
Kevin is a native of Alabama and a 25-year resident of Atlanta. In 2007, after outgrowing their home in Ormewood Park, Kevin and his partner & love of his life, Steve Devore, settled in East Atlanta along with their three dogs, Danny the Dingo, Belle, and AJ.
Today Kevin continues to enjoy his lifelong passions for gardening, animals, environment, and most of all, helping others in need.

Andrew Levine – Secretary

Andrew Levine is originally from Cincinnati, but has eventually wound his way down south. After graduating from Vanderbilt in 2006 and spending a year in Paris teaching English, Andrew moved to Atlanta to join the real world. Andrew is a relative newcomer in the Village, moving here in 2010 when he married Lori. He works for a boutique software firm, where he is the reigning ping pong champion. He dreams of opening a restaurant or bakery in the Village, and one day getting approval from the City to build his house.
Ralph Green – Treasurer

Ralph first moved to East Atlanta on Clifton Street in 1970, having arrived from New York City with no idea as to how long he’d stay. Since then, he has raised a family of four girls and from 1980 forward has lived in a home near the Village. Ralph served as EACA’s treasurer in the 1980s, and he’s poised for a comeback.
