Created to oversee all forms of communication for EACA, the Communications Committee is responsible for managing a cohesive platform across many channels to include the website, Facebook, eavbuzz.net, the East Atlanta Yahoo group and Twitter as well as the weekly newsletter and any other form of media needed. In addition, Communications goal is to create and continually update resources such as eaca.net, inform the East Atlanta Community on events, news, meetings, etc. of interest to the residents as well as increase awareness and help to create a positive image of East Atlanta.

Rebecca has lived in East Atlanta for 3 years with her man, Joe, their dog, Butters!, and a coop full of chickens. She is an avid vegetable gardener and volunteers weekly in the BPA Organic Garden. She went to computer camp in the 9th grade and also won the typing award in high school, so she feels she is fully qualified for the Communications/Secretary role.
