The geographic membership area of EACA shall have a west border of Moreland Avenue, north to I-20. The northern border shall be I-20 to Flat Shoals Road, where the border will go east of I-20 to include that portion of the City of Atlanta east of I-20. From there, the eastern border will be Fayetteville Road to Eastland Road and its intersection with Moreland Avenue.
Membership Eligibility
You must be a renter, property owner or business owner within EACA's membership area to join. Please read the Membership Area section above to confirm eligibility. Upon payment, you will receive voting rights at the next EACA meeting as well as a membership card good for discounts at local businesses.
EACA Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at Branan Towers, which is on Glenwood directly across from Ace Hardware.

Join or Renew Your EACA Membership Today - $10
Membership in the EACA costs $10 per calendar year per household (owner or renter) or per business. Dues can be paid to Heath Turner at the monthly EACA meeting or by sending a check made payable to EACA, P.O. Box 18366, Atlanta, GA 30316. You can also use PayPal. Or you can use our newest option by paying EACA through your online billpay service. If your billpay service asks for an account number, enter 1234. Purchase an EACA Yard Sign - $25
EACA yard signs (customized with your house number) are priced at $25, and will be delivered to your home in 2-4 weeks. Be sure to provide your contact information and house number when purchasing a yard sign. Please contact membership@eaca.net with any questions.
