Abbreviated meeting called to order at 7:34 pm by president.
Land Use & Zoning
V-02-336 (460 Patterson)
Front porch setback out of compliance. Asking increase of percentage
of front porch to 80% of width of lot. Vote: approved 29-0-1
V-02-296 (1671 Flat Shoals)
Asking increase in paved surface from 28% to 42% and setback from
7' to 1'. Vote:
Approved 47-0
V-02-295 (Monument & Metropolitan)
Garage structure over percentage allowed of original structure.
Vote: 28-4-1 to deny.
Eastside Lounge (formerly Fountainhead)
Liquor license change. Vote to defer or deny, 42-0.
EACA Elections
The following slate of officers was unanimously approved for 2003:
Ken Rose, president; Tom Shaw, vice president; Marguarite Murray,
treasurer; Carolyn West, secretary.
Motion to make a donation to Branan Towers was approved.
Meeting adjourned. Christmas pot luck dinner followed.
